Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the mentorship services provided by ElanoraXis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing this website or booking mentorship services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 
1. Services

ElanoraXis Ltd provides life and abundance mentorship sessions designed to support personal growth, mindset development, and alignment with personal goals.

Services include:

  • Free discovery sessions

  • Individual mentorship sessions

  • Mentorship session packages

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom and are booked through the website operated using Wix.

 
2. Discovery Call

A complimentary 30-minute discovery session may be offered to potential clients.

The purpose of this session is to:

  • understand the client’s goals

  • determine whether the mentorship relationship is suitable

  • explain the mentorship approach

A discovery call does not constitute a formal mentorship relationship.

 
3. Mentorship Sessions

Paid mentorship sessions are conducted as follows:

  • Each session lasts 60 minutes

  • Sessions are conducted online via Zoom

  • Clients may choose video or audio participation

The mentor will generally have their camera enabled unless technical issues occur.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • a stable internet connection

  • access to Zoom

  • a suitable environment for the session

ElanoraXis Ltd is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side.

 
4. Session Packages

Clients may purchase:

  • a single session

  • a 3-session package

  • a 6-session package

All sessions included in a package must be used within 3 months of the purchase date.

Unused sessions will expire after this period.

5. Booking and Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the website booking system.

Upon booking, clients will receive confirmation and session details by email.

Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time.

 
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule a session provided at least 24 hours notice is given before the scheduled session time.

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice:

  • the session will be considered forfeited

  • the session will count as used

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be considered used.

 
7. Refund Policy

All purchases of mentorship sessions and session packages are non-refundable.

Once a session or package has been purchased, refunds will not be issued.

 
8. Termination of Services

ElanoraXis Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate mentorship services if the working relationship is deemed no longer appropriate.

Reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • inappropriate behaviour

  • repeated violation of scheduling policies

  • expectations outside the scope of mentorship services

Any refund for unused sessions will be issued at the sole discretion of ElanoraXis Ltd.

 
9. Confidentiality

All client discussions will be treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required:

  • by law

  • to prevent harm to the client or others

  • in situations involving safeguarding concerns

 
10. Session Transcription

Mentorship sessions may be transcribed using AI tools integrated with Zoom for the purpose of:

  • generating session summaries

  • supporting client progress

  • maintaining mentorship notes

Only text transcripts are generated.

Audio or video recordings of sessions are not stored.

 
11. Recording Policy

Clients may not record sessions in any format without prior written permission.

All mentorship materials, frameworks, and content shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of ElanoraXis Ltd.

 
12. Disclaimer

Mentorship services provided by ElanoraXis Ltd are intended for personal development purposes only.

Mentorship does not constitute:

  • psychological therapy

  • medical advice

  • financial or investment advice

  • legal advice

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

 
13. Eligibility

Mentorship services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

By booking services, clients confirm they meet this requirement.

 
14. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methods provided during mentorship sessions remain the intellectual property of ElanoraXis Ltd.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission.

 
15. Limitation of Liability

ElanoraXis Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in mentorship services.

Clients acknowledge that mentorship outcomes depend on individual effort and personal circumstances.

 
16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
